As part of the growth plan for the year 2024, we have closed with Intermaher, a company with which we have been collaborating for years as a client and supplier, the supply of a state-of-the-art Mazak VORTEX i.630V/6 machine, whose commissioning is planned for the first quarter of 2023.

It is a 5-axis, vertical machining center with a capacity for parts of up to 1 meter, where we plan to manufacture both critical components and small/medium-sized chucks.

This investment will mean a great growth in production capacity for TDG, which, together with the market expansion process in which we are currently immersed, will allow us to grow to billing volumes of over 6 million euros.

The VORTEX i-630V/6 will come equipped with a Palletech pallet exchanger system, with 12 automatic pallets, which will allow working in unattended machine mode, and a 206-tool storage capacity.

This is the most powerful investment we have made in TDG since 2008, in which we bet on large-size milling and grinding machines, which now allow us to be one of the world’s leading manufacturers of clamping solutions for heavy duty projects. With this new machine, we hope to grow in volume, but also improve delivery and service times, as well as obtain more cost-competitive products.

With this investment, which exceeds one million euros, TDG closes the investment chapter in the year 2022, but we are open to other investments from next year.
