How TDG works on your project from start to finish

First contact

It all starts with communications between TDG’s technical and commercial teams, the customer and the machine manufacturer, defining a series of inputs necessary to manufacture the application.

Definition of inputs

The main inputs we take into account are dimensions and weight of the parts to be machined, their geometry and materials, workpiece changeover times and type of machining or machine.

Design phase

Our TDG engineering team then prepares a technical proposal and quote containing all the necessary information, including general characteristics, clamping ranges and all kinds of special geometries.

Manufacture

Once the design has been agreed upon, it’s time to make it. This is where we put at your disposal our 100+ years of experience in the manufacture of customized chucks and clamping solutions for all types of sectors and applications.

Installation and after-sales

Our comprehensive service is rounded off with the installation, commissioning and after-sales service of the clamping system delivered. TDG is with you every step of the way.
