TDG Rotopallet

This is the first pallet changer designed and manufactured entirely by Talleres de Guernica.

Our Italian customer closed a deal with a manufacturer of railroad wheels requesting a vertical lathe equipped with a 180 degree pallet changer equipped with 2 automatic chucks of diameter 1250mm.

Characteristics

  • 180º pallet exchanger equipped with 2 manual or automatic plates.
  • Lifting and rotating platform with self-centering of the part to be turned.
  • Lifting by means of hydraulic system.
  • Reduces unproductive time.
  • Sizes from 630 to 1600mm. (larger size upon request).
